Its seems the last is yet to be heard of the 2.1 billion dollar arms deal as presiding judge of the Abuja federal high court justice Emmanuel Abang has denied previously knowing the estranged former PDP spokes man Olisa Metuh.
It is on recorded that Olisah metuh had earlier written through his lawyers to the chief justice of the Abuja federal high court Justice Ibrahim Akuta that his trial be assigned to
another judge sighting the fact that justice Abang was his classmate at the Nigerian law school during the 1987/88 academic year.
The judge in response denied any of the these stating that he never knew Metuh during the said period , he further explained that if Metuh was indeed his classmate as claimed he would not have changed the facts of the case.
